January 31 marked our first annual Chicken and Waffle Dinner. This is definitaly not the last you have seen of this event. This has to be considered a MAJOR success as we actually made out better the we budgeted, without nearly the advertising what goes into the Spaghettin Dinner. Now that doesn't mean that we served the hundreds that we do there but we managed to serve over 160+ customers. Early numbers appear as if we made close to $900 for the night.
